The initial release of all Fudge libraries was provided by OpenGamma Inc., which retains all copyright to those contributions.
Going forward, contributors have the choice to retain their own copyright and release their contributions under the Apache Public License, or to assign that copyright to OpenGamma Inc. In addition, OpenGamma may require that certain contributors assign their intellectual property before contributions are accepted in the core distribution.
